01. Getting Started
How do i register a user account ?
All you need is a valid email address and mobile number. The mobile number is use for OTP (one time pin) verification.
You can source the service provider nearby you, with our smart searching you can sort service provider by popularity or rating to help you identity the most reliable service provider.
02. Submitting a Request
Yes you can. Service provider contact is publish for user direct contact. However we would recommened user to request quotation and make pay through our system for best of consumer protection in term of payment and insurance coverage. Our loyalty program also allow you save more while using our platform.
Add all of your prefer service provider to "favourite", and submit a bulk quotation request by filling up the job description. Once submit all your favourite service provider will received your request in 1-click.
Upon request submitted you shall expect reply of quotation within 1 days.
03. Payment
Customer can pay through credit/debit card, FPX bank transfer or e-wallet.
Your payment will temporary hold by Gunalah and won't release until service been fulfilled.
There will be 2% service fee from your total payment when using our platform. Gunalah charage minimum service fee to help operating the platform.
04. Fulfillment
The fulfillment time is agree between user / service provider.
05. Cancel & Refund
The refund request is subjected to service provider approval. However 2% service fee is non-refundable.
Once refund request approve by service provider. You shall get your refund within 1-3 working days
06. Dispute
You can raise a dispute request in "Manage Oder", Gunalah will then step in between you and service provider. By evaluating all submitting evidence. Gunalah will then make a justificable decision to resolve the dispute..
